At King Meal Restaurant, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 7-day refund policy under the following conditions:
1.1 Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a refund, you must contact us with your order details (order number, date of purchase, and issue with the order) within the 7-day period.
Refunds will only be issued for orders that have not been consumed or tampered with.
1.2 Refund Process
Once we receive your request, our team will review the issue. If the refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method.
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
1.3 Exemptions
Refunds are not available for the following situations:
If the meal was consumed or partially consumed.
If the refund request is made after the 7-day window.
If the issue is related to changes in personal preferences or ordering errors by the customer.
Return Policy
At King Meal Restaurant, we do not accept returns of food or meals once they have been delivered. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are happy to work with you on an exchange under certain circumstances.
2.1 Meal Return/Exchange Policy
If you are dissatisfied with the meal due to quality or incorrect items delivered, we will provide a replacement meal of equivalent value to the one you originally ordered.
If you wish to exchange your meal, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the details of your issue.
You will need to return the meal to us (in the original state it was delivered) or provide proof of the issue (such as a photo or description of the problem).
2.2 Exchange Process
Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for the return of the incorrect meal and send you a replacement meal of the same or equivalent value.
The replacement meal will be delivered at no additional cost, provided the return policy conditions are met.
2.3 Exemptions
The meal has been consumed or altered by the customer.
The meal issue is due to customer preferences or mistakes made during ordering (e.g., ordering the wrong item).
